We offer a “one stop shop ” formula to foreign companies that want to start a branch in The Netherlands, as well as to entrepreneurs that wish to establish a company.

Through our contacts with notaries, lawyers, banks and tax specialists we facilitate the complete process of setting up a company partnership. As a result, the client only has to deal with one contact person during the entire process.

After the partnership is founded and the formalities of the Dutch Tax Office (De Belastingdienst) have been dealt with, we will set up a financial administration, in close consultation with the client, and draw up a plan for the periodical reports.
